KVOTA performs high-precision processing of metal parts and plates according to technical documentation or customer samples. We work with tool steel, aluminum alloys, stainless and heat-resistant materials.
Our capabilities include machining, EDM processing of parts and plates, micro-welding, CNC machining, as well as the production of punches, tooling, and mold repair.
Types of Processing
EDM Operations: burning and wire cutting. Burning metal with copper electrodes to create various shapes and designs according to customer drawings. Wire cutting of holes and figures — EDM of parts and plates in strict compliance with technical specifications.

CNC Machining — production of parts from steel, aluminum, and other metals using Inaxes and Mac Fadal VMC-4020FX equipment.
Surface grinding — achieving the required geometry and surface quality.
Micro-welding of metals — using a MICROSPOT digital unit for micro-welding of parts and plates. Welding cracks and defects while preserving material hardness in an inert gas environment (WIG welding).
Laser marking/engraving on metal (Working area 110x110 mm, Marking depth 0.01–5 mm, Line width 0.01–0.1 mm).
Machining of Parts and Plates
We carry out high-precision machining of parts and plates based on custom drawings or samples. Both single and small-batch production are available, including:
machining of mounting and form-shaping plates;
machining of complex geometry parts;
mechanical adjustment of tooling components.
EDM of Parts and Plates
We use EDM machines AgieCut A 250 HSS and Zap BP-97. We ensure high-precision processing:
cutting grooves, holes, shaped contours;
burning shapes with copper electrodes;
working with hard and heat-resistant materials.
Micro-Welding of Parts and Plates
The MICROSPOT digital unit enables micro-welding in areas inaccessible to conventional welding methods.

repair of precision components without changing hardness;
suitable for tool steel, molds, and dies.
Production of Parts on CNC Machines
We perform a full cycle of operations on CNC machines:
milling of complex geometries;
drilling, thread cutting;
processing with tolerances up to 0.01 mm;
working from drawings, 3D models, or customer data.
Manufacturing of Punches, Dies, and Tooling
molds and components for casting;
repair and restoration of form-shaping surfaces;
production of new dies, logos, guiding components.
