Ukrainian business continues to demonstrate strength, innovation, and resilience even in the most challenging times.
The international company EY has announced the shortlist of 10 finalists for the national stage of the “Entrepreneur of the Year 2026” competition in Ukraine — and among them is Olga Melykh, CEO of the Research and Production Company “KVOTA”.
This competition recognizes entrepreneurs who not only develop their businesses but also shape the future of the economy — through leadership, innovation, and the ability to grow despite challenges.
It is especially encouraging to see representatives of Ukraine’s manufacturing sector among the finalists — once again confirming that engineering expertise, technology, and industry have strong global potential.

The winner will be announced on April 17, 2026, and will represent Ukraine at the international final of the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™.
