On April 25, 2025, Olga Melykh, Director of KVOTA, took part in a panel discussion at SUP DAY FORUM LVIV 2025.

During the discussion on the topic: “The Fine Line of Scaling: When to Grow and When to Stop,” Olga Melykh, together with co-speakers — Stepan Tanasiychuk, founder and CEO of the IT company stfalcon.com, and Viktor Melnyk, co-owner of the distribution company Partner, shared their experience of scaling a business under martial law and in the future of peacetime.

Scaling is not just a fashion trend, but a tool for diversifying risks and transforming thinking.

Any business strives for expansion and growth, but along with these processes, new challenges arise: increased costs, more complex operational processes, and the need for a new team structure.

Team dynamics are one of the defining elements of a business’s ability to scale. At each stage of development, we can attract different specialists, but the main thing is the environment in which the team will grow together with the company.

Success is cyclical and temporary, so it is important to always remain flexible, focused on meeting the needs of the client and developing the team.

We talked about this with entrepreneurs who have repeatedly launched businesses into new growth orbits and know from their own experience that scaling is a complex and comprehensive process that requires balanced analysis.

Thanks to SUP for the excellent organization, all participants - for their sincerity, practicality of opinions and inspiration. It was valuable, honest and truly important.
