KVOTA presents a mini injection mould with three insert elements — one of a series of compact moulds designed and manufactured for forming the assembled component “Polyvka.”

The mould was produced at the company’s own facilities using miniature copper electrodes and EDM machining on high-precision AgieCut and Mitsubishi equipment.

This type of mould is an optimal solution for producing small production batches, testing product designs, and evaluating market demand.

Despite their compact dimensions, these moulds provide a service life comparable to full-size standard moulds, while remaining more cost-effective to manufacture and convenient to operate.
