The best investment is an investment in education and youth. Young people are our future; therefore investing in them is one of the priorities of our company.

We are open to cooperation with technical universities, and we are eagerly hiring young talented people who aspire to become professionals in the field of metalworking and injection moulds manufacturing.

In 2021, the company signed a cooperation agreement with the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (KPI).

In June 2023, KVOTA signed agreements on cooperation and dual education with the VSP "Ternopil Professional College of TNTU named after I. Pulyui" and Ternopil National Technical University named after Ivan Pulyui.

Already this month, 5 students had the opportunity to experience what it is like to be a full-fledged members of our team, undergo free training, gain practical knowledge and experience in the injection moulds design and manufacturing at our company.
