Two days of innovation: AI Forum and CEO dinner brought together Ukrainian business leaders

October 9–10, 2025 marked a milestone for Ukraine’s business community: Kyiv hosted two major events — the AI Forum organized by CCI France Ukraine and the CEO Dinner by the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP). 

Participants had the opportunity to discuss the challenges and prospects of implementing artificial intelligence, as well as to build new business connections in the informal setting of the Afterwork meeting.

In addition to company insights and shared experiences, one of the central themes was the use of AI in business. Key points included:

• The importance of data and process quality for successful digital transformation.
• The role of change agents and support for their initiatives within organizations.
• Applying different types of AI to solve specific business tasks.
• A realistic approach to innovation: only 20% of projects are expected to succeed.
• Using synthetic data — artificial profiles of typical clients for behavioral modeling.
