Moldflow analysis using SOLIDWORKS Plastics Professional software

Injection moulds manufacturing is a troublesome and responsible process. Minimal errors can lead to casting defects and defective parts. 

To ensure correct mold layout, designers must use a simulation of the plastic injection process in the designed mold. 

Such an analysis allows to check the fluidity of the plastic and the filling of each cavity, identify weak points, and evaluate the gating system.

In our work, KVOTA uses SOLIDWORKS Plastics Professional licensed software. This allows us to check the efficiency of the designed mold as accurately as possible before starting production and make sure that at the end the client will receive working technological equipment with the highest quality.
