Patented mechanical PS vertical ejection system with the function of undercut design manufactured by CUMSA (Spain):

1. PS is used in molds, simplifying the process of forming complex elements of castings, and participating in the extraction of the finished part from the tooling. The use of PS will help you reduce the dimensions of the mold, simplify its production, reduce the price of the mold base, reduce the cost of producing additional plates and gates, as well as reduce the time for their fitting and assemble.

2. The design of this ejection system is ingeniously simple, which has a positive effect on installation and maintenance. It comes as a turnkey solution, you only need to modify the design of the undercut. Installation requires minimal space (same, as for a conventional pusher). The required stroke depends on the length of the shank and the stroke of the ejector plate.

3. With PS you can create the desired undercut geometry with a width of 6mm to 12mm and a length of up to 25mm. The undercut depth can be up to 2.7mm with a maximum ejection stroke of 26mm! This system provides a guaranteed result of work and is indispensable for assembly structures made of polymer products to simplify the mutual assembly of components.

4. Only vertical holes are required for mounting. There is no need to make oblique precision holes. The PS is mounted in the pusher plate with a stepped nut, which allows for fine adjustment and easy adjustment of the pusher to the desired height. In the molding plate, it is installed by the fit of the sleeve, which withstands the injection pressure.

5. All components are made of high-quality European steel grades INOX 1.4043 (corrosion-resistant steel) and 1.2343 (heat-resistant steel), which have high wear resistance (hardness 52±2HRC) and dimensional stability (at 200°C and above). This ensures a long service life of the entire device.

6. The PS system is removable from the closure planeside, which saves maintenance time.
